Dr. Dayana Andrea Schonwalder Ángel is a distinguished volcanologist renowned for her extensive research on magmatic feeding systems in monogenetic volcanic fields and their interplay with local tectonic deformation. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo (2015) and a Geology degree from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2006).
