Booking Your Trip

You can reserve your trip with GeoTours Americas by contacting us at 971-240-7310 or by email at info@geotoursamericas.com. From the moment you reach out, we will provide personalized assistance with all your inquiries related to trips, itineraries, packing, locations, and more.

Trip Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining 30% must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip date. If the final payment is not received by the deadline, the trip will be canceled, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Geotours Americas must receive written notice of your cancellation request in order to proceed with the cancellation. Refunds will be processed, minus a cancellation fee, as follows:

• 61+ days before the trip: 15% cancellation fee of deposit
• 41-60 days before the trip: 40% cancellation fee of trip cost
• 31-40 days before the trip: 60% cancellation fee of trip cost
• 30 days or fewer before the trip: No refunds

We will do our best to assist in recovering costs where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for trips canceled 30 days or fewer before the original travel date.

Once a trip has commenced, Geotours Americas cannot offer refunds for any unused portion of the trip. This includes any pre-trip or post-trip arrangements, such as hotels or missed activities due to delays or transportation issues.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including passports, visas, tourist cards, and immunizations for the country or countries you will be visiting. Travelers with minors should contact their international carrier to verify specific requirements. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or relative with the proper documentation.

Important: We will use the passport information you provide in your booking form to secure hotel reservations, flights, and any other internal travel arrangements. If you change or renew your passport, please carry both the old and new passports during your travels.

Trip Insurance

We prepare our tours with the utmost care, ensuring every detail is accounted for to prevent any negative events. However, we recommend trip insurance for all travelers, as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may arise.
