Booking Your Trip

You can reserve your trip with GeoTours Americas by contacting us at 503-427-8562 or by email at info@geotoursamericas.com. From the moment you reach out, we will provide personalized assistance with all your inquiries related to trips, itineraries, packing, locations, and more.

Trip Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining 30% must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip date. If the final payment is not received by the deadline, the trip will be canceled, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

GeoTours Americas must receive written notice of your cancellation request in order to proceed. Refunds will be processed, minus a cancellation fee, as follows:

• 61+ days before the trip: 15% cancellation fee of deposit

• 41–60 days before the trip: 40% cancellation fee of trip cost

• 31–40 days before the trip: 60% cancellation fee of trip cost

• 30 days or fewer before the trip: No refunds

We will do our best to assist in recovering costs, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for trips canceled 30 days or fewer before the travel date.

Note: Once a trip has commenced, GeoTours Americas cannot offer refunds for any unused portion of the trip.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including passports, visas, tourist cards, and immunizations for your destination(s). Travelers with minors should contact their international carrier to verify specific requirements.

Important: If you change or renew your passport after booking, carry both the old and new passports during your travels.

Trip Insurance

Although we prepare our tours with the utmost care, we recommend trip insurance for all travelers. Unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control.
